How To Use

Is this actually fragrance-free — or is "fragrance-free" doing some marketing work here? 

Genuinely, completely fragrance-free. No added fragrance, no masking scent, no essential oil blend to cover the smell of the oils, no "natural fragrance" with an asterisk. It smells faintly like the oils themselves — moringa and grapeseed have a light, neutral scent. If that's too much, we want you to know before you buy.

I have eczema. Can I use this? 

This wash was formulated specifically with eczema-prone and sensitive skin in mind — sulfate-free surfactants, a refatting system, and a skin-friendly pH of 5.2–5.6. We always recommend a patch test first. Apply a small amount to your inner arm, wait 24 hours, and introduce gradually. We include a patch-test guide with every order.

Can I use this on my children? 

The formula is family-friendly by design — no sulfates, no fragrance, no dyes. For children under two, use sparingly and consult your pediatrician first. The rosemary extract (used as an antioxidant to protect the oils) is at cosmetic trace levels, but if your child has known sensitivities to Asteraceae-family botanicals, check with your doctor.

How long will one bottle last? 

With daily use, one 8 fl oz bottle typically lasts 3–4 weeks for one person. A quarter-size amount covers the full body — a little more if you use a washcloth. Why is it slightly more expensive than drugstore body wash? 

The cost difference is in the surfactant system. Sodium lauryl sulfate — what most body washes use — costs pennies per liter. Our sulfate-free amphoterics, the Lamesoft® refatting system, and moringa oil at a meaningful percentage cost considerably more. Drugstore "sensitive" washes are mostly water, sulfates, and fragrance. This isn't.
