Shipping & Returns
Do I really get free shipping on orders over $50?
Yes — automatic, no code needed. Orders of $50 or more within the US ship free via Standard Shipping (5–8 business days). The discount is applied automatically at checkout — you don't need to enter anything. Canadian orders qualify for free standard shipping on orders of $80 CAD or more. Free shipping upgrades to Priority or Express are not available — if you need a faster delivery, those options are available at checkout for the applicable rate.
How long does order processing take before shipping?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12PM EST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on US federal holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holiday season), processing may take up to 3 business days — we'll communicate any delays via email.
Do you ship internationally outside the US and Canada?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States and Canada only. International expansion is something we're actively working toward. Join our email list and you'll be notified when we add new regions. If you're outside the US and Canada and have a specific question about international orders, reach out to us at info@noaisabella.com — we may be able to explore options for larger orders.
Our Products
Is "fragrance-free" in your products genuinely fragrance-free or is it a label technicality?
Genuinely, completely fragrance-free not a technicality. We add no fragrance compounds, no masking scents, no "natural fragrance" catch-alls, and no essential oil blends for scent. The only smells present in our products come from the oils themselves moringa, jojoba, and other plant oils have a faint, neutral scent. If you can smell anything, that's the oil, not a fragrance ingredient. This is non-negotiable for us because the difference matters enormously for reactive skin.
Are your products safe for eczema-prone skin?
Our products are formulated specifically with eczema-prone and sensitive skin in mind — sulfate-free surfactants, no added fragrance, barrier-active ingredients, skin-compatible pH levels, and modern preservative systems. We are a cosmetic product, not a medical treatment, and we won't claim otherwise.We always recommend patch testing before full use— apply a small amount to your inner arm, wait 24 hours, and introduce gradually. A patch-test guide is included with every order. If you're currently experiencing an active eczema flare on broken or inflamed skin, consult your dermatologist before introducing any new topical product.
Can I use these on my baby or young child?
The Foaming Oil Body Wash and Barrier Body Oil are designed with family-friendly formulation standards — no fragrance, no sulfates, no dyes, and no high-risk botanical extracts at sensitizing concentrations. We do not recommend use on children under 2 without consulting your pediatrician first. For children 2 and older, we recommend patch testing before full use.For the Barrier Balm:apply to targeted areas only — this is a concentrated product, not a body moisturizer. Do not apply near eyes or mouth on young children. Note that the oil formula contains oat-derived ingredients — if your child has a known oat sensitivity, please consult their doctor first.
Payments
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on the Noa Isabella website are processed through Shopify Payments, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of security certification for payment processors. Your card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and are never stored on our servers. We see only the last four digits of your card number after a transaction is completed. Shopify processes millions of transactions daily with an industry-leading fraud prevention system.
Can I use Shop Pay — and what is it?
Yes — Shop Pay is Shopify's accelerated checkout option. If you've shopped with Shop Pay before at any Shopify store, your shipping and payment details are already saved securely, so checkout takes about 10 seconds. Shop Pay also offersinterest-free installment paymentson eligible orders — you can split your purchase into 4 equal payments with no interest or fees. Select "Shop Pay" at checkout and choose the installments option if you'd like to pay in 4.
How do discount codes work?
Enter your discount code in the "Discount code" field at checkout — it's on the right side of the checkout page on desktop, or below your cart summary on mobile. Click "Apply" and the discount will reflect in your order total before you complete payment.One discount code can be used per order.Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, including subscription discounts, unless the code explicitly states otherwise. Codes are case-insensitive — "NOA10" and "noa10" work the same way.
