Finally, a Body Oil That Actually Works for Sensitive Skin

If you have eczema-prone or reactive skin, you already know the problem.

Some body oils sit on your skin for hours—greasy and uncomfortable.
Others absorb quickly but don’t actually do anything.
And most contain fragrance—something your skin simply can’t tolerate.

This one is different.

Designed for Dry, Reactive, and Eczema-Prone Skin

This fragrance-free nourishing body oil is formulated to hydrate, soothe, and support your skin barrier—without irritation, heaviness, or residue.

Why It Works

  • Fast-absorbing without greasy residue
  • Helps repair and strengthen the skin barrier
  • Deeply nourishes dry, tight skin
  • Fragrance-free and safe for sensitive skin
  • Supports long-lasting skin comfort

Powered by Barrier-Supporting Ingredients

Formulated with a blend of:

  • Ceramides – restore and strengthen the skin barrier
  • Skin-supporting lipids – improve moisture retention

How To Use

The window matters.Right after you shower skin still faintly damp, not dripping, not fully dry — is when this oil does its best work. Apply 2–4 pumps and massage in for 60 seconds. It absorbs faster on damp skin than dry skin because the water gives the oils something to emulsify with. In under two minutes, it's gone no transfer to clothes, no sheet marks, no waiting. For extra-dry areas, layer the Barrier Balm on top immediately after. That combination oil then balm is the most effective post-shower moisture protection we've found for very dry or eczema-prone skin.

Experience the Solea Difference

Every Solea product is crafted with purpose—using clean, effective ingredients backed by science and inspired by nature. From texture to results, our formulas are designed to feel good and deliver visible skin health you can trust.

Ingredients That Work, Results You’ll See

Every ingredient in this formula was chosen because it does one of four things: reduces transepidermal water loss, supports the barrier's lipid structure, calms the feeling of irritation, or protects the other ingredients from breaking down before they can work. That's it. No botanical padding. No fragrance. No "natural" ingredients included for the label rather than the formula.

SEAL. SUPPORT. SOOTHE.

Three things your barrier needs and most body oils only gesture toward. This one delivers all three, in the order your skin actually uses them.

The questions yourskin is already asking

Will this feel greasy? I hate greasy oils.

This is the most common concern we hear — and the most common thing people tell us surprised them. The slip system (MCT + squalane + jojoba) was specifically chosen for its fast absorption and non-greasy finish. Applied to damp skin, it absorbs in under two minutes. If you apply it to completely dry skin, the absorption time is longer and the finish is slightly richer — still not greasy, but noticeably different. Damp skin is the key.

I'm allergic to oats. Is this safe for me?

We include oat kernel oil and oat kernel extract in this formula, which is why we disclose "contains oat-derived ingredients" on the label. Oat allergy is rare but real. If you have a diagnosed oat allergy or celiac disease, please review the full ingredient list with your allergist before purchasing. Your safety comes first — we'd rather be honest upfront than have you discover this after the fact.

What's a ceramide and why does my skin need it?

Ceramides are the structural lipids that make up roughly 50% of the skin's outer barrier — the cement between the cells. In eczema-prone and sensitive skin, ceramide levels are often lower than in unaffected skin, which means the barrier leaks more water and allows more irritants in. Adding ceramides topically supports the barrier's ability to hold together. Our ceramide complex includes multiple ceramide types (NP, AP, EOP) along with phytosphingosine, which is a precursor that supports your skin's own ceramide production.

Will it stain my sheets or clothes?

When applied to damp skin, the oil absorbs quickly enough that transfer to sheets or clothing is minimal. We recommend waiting the full two minutes before dressing. Some of the plant oils in the formula (particularly the PUFA-rich ones like evening primrose and safflower) can leave faint marks on very light fabrics if large amounts are applied — use the recommended 2–4 pumps, not more, and you should be fine.

How is this different from a regular body oil or a drug store lotion?

A regular body oil is typically 2–4 oils chosen for their marketing appeal. A drugstore lotion is mostly water, thickeners, and mineral oil. This formula is neither: it combines a fast-absorbing slip system (for feel and wearability), a barrier lipid system (ceramides + phytosphingosine for structural support), an oat calming system (for comfort), and a stability system (so the formula stays effective). It's closer to a dermatologist's emollient prescription than anything available in its category at this price point.
